A Second Helping

Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash went back to the Crystal Empire today. What drew them back so soon was that today in the stadium the events were snowshoe races and jousting. They probably stayed for the concert too (Bronco Beat on stage), and of course for the always impressive geyser of light and goodwill shooting skyward from the Crystal Heart. Especially since the nightly snowfall brings that amazing synergy between the delicate ice crystal snowflakes and the spinning Heart of the Crystal Empire.

I wrote a letter to Princess Cadence telling her that Rarity and a friend will be attending the Winter Festival masquerade and asking if they could stay overnight at the castle. I know that would make Rarity's masquerade trip more enjoyable.
